You can reserve a unit online through our website or by calling our office during business hours.

Office 707-515-5444. Business hours are 8AM-7PM.


Yes, we require a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned to you when you move out of the unit, provided there is no damage or outstanding balance.


We offer a grace period of five days past the due date for payments. After that, a late fee will be applied to your account. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office to discuss your options.
